Flatpak

The usual way. Automatic updates, nothing to set up.

Install Prowl

Both x86_64 and aarch64. Or, install from terminal:

flatpak install --from https://cdn.prowlapp.com/linux/prowl.flatpakref

AppImage

Any distribution. Updates require a manager like Gear Lever.

Automatic updates

If you have an AppImage manager, it should automatically determine the update feed. If it didn't, use the following:
